The Goal

Following the successful website launch, I directed the team into the next phase of improvement — enhancing layout and user experience through targeted UX research. Despite limited resources and initial stakeholder skepticism, I successfully built and lead a research program that prioritized quality, clarity, and impact.

  • The team uncovered clear patterns and translated them into actionable design improvements by analyzing large volumes of behavioral data.

  • Promoted and shifted perceptions around the value of UX, and in doing so, gained stakeholder trust and recognition.

  • I encouraged my team to stay grounded in objectivity while remaining agile to changing user behaviors and tech trends — always with ethical standards and user privacy top of mind.
