The Goal
For a long time, we've aspired to simplify the process of building and publishing OpenText digital content, making it more accessible and impactful. We needed one stop spot for all of the web and UI elements, including the patterns, components, templates, complete documentation as well as the web tools.
Our goal wasn’t just efficiency — we wanted to create an experience that felt approachable and empowering, where anyone could jump in, copy a component, and get started without roadblocks or ambiguity.

Developed in Figma, the portal seamlessly combines cutting-edge functionality with the latest technology. Our journey began with a deep understanding of user needs, followed by wireframing, high-fidelity designs, user testing, and continuous improvement.
I collaborated closely with other engineering and project managers, to align on roadmaps/priorities and approaches to ensure a cohesive working environment. I facilitated workshops and removed blockers for my team by keeping the initiative on track.
