  • Supply Chain Hub: Supplier contacts and automated ordering.

Define the most common user roles and their access credentials:

  • Baker: Can view recipes, report supply usage, and view maintenance schedules.

  • Manager: Can do everything a Baker can, plus: edit inventory, approve orders, schedule maintenance, and perhaps add/edit recipes.

  • Admin (Owner): Has full control, including managing user accounts and supplier information.
